1.Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Advanced Rollups, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization whose HubSpot account you connect. If you do not agree, do not install or use the service.

2.Description of the Service

Advanced Rollups is a HubSpot app developed and operated by Hogtown, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The app reads Deal and Company records from your connected HubSpot account, applies filters you configure, performs calculations, and writes the results to Company properties you specify.

3.Authorization to Connect a HubSpot Account

By completing the HubSpot OAuth authorization flow, you grant Advanced Rollups permission to access your HubSpot account as described in the requested scopes. You represent that you have authority to authorize this access on behalf of your organization. You can revoke this access at any time through your HubSpot settings under Connected Apps.

4.Free and Pro Plans

Advanced Rollups is available on two plans:

  • Free plan: No charge. Supports up to 2 rollup rules.
  • Pro plan: Supports unlimited rollup rules. See Sections 5 and 6 for pricing and billing details.

5.Billing and Renewals

To subscribe to the Pro plan, contact support@hogtown.io for billing details. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Payment is processed through a third-party billing provider; details are provided when you subscribe.

6.Founding Pricing

The current Pro plan rate of USD $29 per month is available to early subscribers. Hogtown may change the price for new Pro subscriptions in the future. Existing Pro subscribers will receive advance notice before any price change affects their renewal.

7.Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by contacting support@hogtown.io. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period.

8.Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact support@hogtown.io and we will review your account.

9.Acceptable Use

You may use Advanced Rollups only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service in ways that exceed HubSpot's API rate limits and degrade service for others
  • Attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
  • Use the service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law

10.Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of your HubSpot data
  • The permissions granted to users who access your HubSpot portal
  • The Company properties you designate as destinations for rollup results
  • The filters and rules you configure in Advanced Rollups
  • Any consequences of the calculated values written to your HubSpot records

Hogtown is not responsible for errors in calculated values that result from incorrect data, misconfigured rules, or unexpected HubSpot data structures.

11.Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Advanced Rollups available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update the service, or modify features without prior notice, though we will try to communicate significant changes in advance.

12.Intellectual Property

Advanced Rollups, including its software, documentation, and branding, is owned by Hogtown. These terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the service. Your HubSpot data remains yours.

13.HubSpot as an Independent Third Party

Advanced Rollups is an independent application that connects to HubSpot through its public API and app marketplace. HubSpot is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the features, performance, or conduct of Advanced Rollups.

14.Disclaimer of Warranties

Advanced Rollups is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that calculated values will always be accurate.

15.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hogtown's total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Advanced Rollups is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Hogtown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16.Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Advanced Rollups if you violate these terms, if your HubSpot authorization is revoked, or if applicable fees go unpaid. Upon termination, your rules stop running and your configuration is no longer accessible through the app.

17.Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms at this URL and update the effective date. Continued use of Advanced Rollups after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

18.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
